These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at jupiterfertility.xyz and the application at app.jupiterfertility.xyz (together, the "Services"), operated by Jupiter Fertility ("we," "us," or "our"). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Services.

Never disregard or delay professional medical advice because of something you read or completed on the Services. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.

Any assessments offered through the app are reflective tools to help you understand yourself more clearly. Their results are not a diagnosis and do not guarantee any particular outcome.

3. Booking and inquiries

The Services do not display a self-serve calendar. When you reach out, you are requesting a conversation; scheduling is arranged privately afterward. Submitting an inquiry does not by itself create a confirmed appointment or any obligation on either side until we have confirmed it together.

4. Acceptable use

When you use the Services, you agree not to:

• Use them for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services, other accounts, or our systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services or the servers and networks behind them.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Services will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California.
