A charge you don't recognize, a refund request, a question about your monthly access, your $333 credit toward the consultation, or canceling a recurring plan. We respond personally — there is no automated billing helpdesk.
A page wouldn't load, a result didn't generate, you'd like to retake one. Tell us the assessment name (Whole-Being Guide, MultiPath, Threshold, Sovereign Mother, Prenatal, Disclosure, Father's Journey, or Sacred Postpartum) and roughly when you tried it. Screenshots help when you have them.
First Light not opening, or trouble accessing Tending the Field as a client. Tell us your device and browser and we'll send it directly.
